知识型企业生命体智能单元间知识共享策略与激励措施研究 被引量:8

摘要 基于知识型企业生命体模型 ,引入信任度概念 ,构建了知识型企业生命体智能单元间知识共享的完全信息静态博弈模型 .对知识不平衡状况下的智能单元知识共享策略进行了研究 ,并得出智能单元自身拥有的知识量越多越不愿意共享、其他智能单元共享收益越大或风险越小智能单元越不愿共享等结论 .在此基础上 ,结合知识型企业现行知识共享激励体系中存在的问题 ,提出了激励措施的改进建议 . Based on the model of knowledge-based enterprise organism and the concept of credit degree, this paper studies knowledge-sharing strategy among intelligent units by the static game model with complete information. An important consideration in this research is that the knowledge of different intelligent units is unequal. Results show that intelligent unit is more unwilling to share its knowledge with others when it has more knowledge or when knowledge-sharing will bring other intelligent unit more benefit or less risk. Aiming at the problems in current knowledge-sharing stimulation system, some suggestions are proposed to improve the stimulation measure.
