以现代技术 ,尤其是计算机网络技术支持的开放教育 ,学校组织教学 师传授知识和学生学习知识 ,都打破了时间上和空间上的限制。开放教育是素质教育的一个重要组成部分 ,随着教育市场化的深入发展 。

The open education,organic teaching and learning supported by modern technology,especially that of computer networks have broken the limit to time and space.Open education is considered a vital part of quality education.With further development of education marketing,the prospect of open education is getting brighter.
