中国大城市发展的新动向──城市郊区化

Development Trend of Metropolitan in China──Urban Suburbanization

本文通过对北京、上海等大城市的实地考察和分析发现，中国大城市的郊区化己经开始，文章从中心商业区衰退、工厂郊迁、郊区大型平价商城建设、郊外别墅区和远郊度假区出现等五个方面描述了城市郊区化现象，并就郊区化的形成和特点进行了讨论。

Through on-the-spot investigstion and analysis in Beijing, Shanghai and other big cities it is found that the Suburbanization of China's big cities has begun. The urban suburbanization phenomenon is described from the following five aspects: the recession of central business district, the relocation of factories to the suburbs, the construCtion of general suburban par markets, the emergence of suburban villa district and outer suburban vocational resort in addition, the Suburbanization formation and features are discussed.
