摘要
运用垂直板薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对我国宁夏海原县南华山地区阿拉善黄鼠(Spermophilus dauricus alaschnicus)的11种组织进行了酯酶同工酶研究。计算了各组织间酶谱相似系数,并对11种组织根据酶谱相异性进行了极点排序(polar ordination)。结果表明:阿拉善黄鼠酯酶同工酶谱及活性在不同组织中存在着明显差异。
A study on esterase isozymes of 11 tissues of Spermophilus dauricus alashanicus from Haiyuan county in Ningxia was made, by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, in the present paper. Meanwhile, coefficient of simility among the tissues was counted and polar ordination to 11 tissues was carried out. The result show thatsome evident differences exist in different tissue on aspect of activities and zyograms of esterase isozymes of Spermophilus dauricus alashanicus.
