摘要
导出了激光经位相调制后的麦克尔逊干涉光外差探测的讯号特征表式。并讨论用该技术对激光进行稳频及用来测量反射镜的反射率的现实可能性。
The formula for the spectral features with optical heterodyne detection of phase-modulated laser beams in a Michelson interformeter is driven, Its application potentials inthe aspects of laser frequency stabilization and the measurement of mirror reflectivity are discussed.
