Two new genera of Blennocampinae from East China (Hymenoptera: Tenthredinidae)

本文记述采自福建和浙江的叶蜂科蔺叶蜂亚科两个新属新种：奇鞘叶蜂Ｓｏｎｇｙｕｎａｔｈａｕｍａｔａｇｅｎ．ｅｔｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．和淡足狭唇叶蜂Ｙｕｃａｃｉａａｌｂｉｐｅｓｇｅｎ．ｅｔｓｐ．ｎｏｖ．

Two new genera of Blennocampinae, Tenthredinidae are described from Fujian and Zhejiang, China: Songyuna thaumata gen. et sp.nov., Yuccacia albipes gen. et sp.nov.Songyuna  gen. nov.Diagnosis. Body robust. Clypeus angularly incised, malar space shorter than radius of an ocellus, eye middle-sized, inner margin subparallel and distance between eyes greater than height of an eye; head narrow behind eyes, postgenal and occipital carina absent, postorbit groove shallow; distance between antennal sockets narrower than inner orbit; lateral foveae open; postocellar area wider than long. Antenna short and stout, pedicellum over 1.5 times as long as wide, third joint as long as following two joints together. Prepectus absent, CD<1; basin of metascutellum absent. Inner fore tibia spur bifurcate; hind tibia longer than hind tarsus, basitarsus as long as following 3 joints together, claw without basal lobe, inner tooth slightly shorter than outer tooth. Fore wing with 4 cubital cells, third cell as long as basal two cells combined, cu-a at middle of cell 1M, vein M slightly longer than and parallel with lm-cu, 2A+3A straight, apical anal cell short. Hind wing with cell M closed, petiole of anal cell shorter than cu-a. Blotch of propodeum middle-sized. Ovipositor shorter than hind tibia, sheath strongly dilated laterally in dorsal view, serrula oblique, spiculella present.Type species: Songyuna thaumata sp. nov.Distribution: China (Fujian).This genus is closely allied to Monophadnus Hartig though the sheath is quite similar to some genera of Selandriinae, such as Rhopographus Konow, Strongylogaster Dahlbom. Monophadnus differs from the new genus in sheath simple, spiculella of lancet absent, a short genal carina present and head narrow behind eyes. Although some genera of Blennocampinae have small process at apex of sheath, such as Ardis Konow, Monardis Enslin, Blennogeneris MacGillivray, or the sheath is distinctly dilated in a South American genus, Bensoniana Malaise, Songyuna is much different from them ih the structure of sheath and other characters.Songyuna thaumata,  sp. nov.♀. Body length 7mm. Yellowish brown; head, apex of propleuron, sheath, each tibia except for base and tarsus black. Stigma black. Body polished and shining. ♂. Unknown.Distribution: China (Fujian).Holotype: ♀, China: Fujian Shaowu, Nov. 7, 1984.Yuccacia gen. nov.Diagnosis. Clypeus narrow, truncate at apex; mandible small and bifurcate; malar space linear; eye large and close together, inner margin strongly convergent downwards, hind orbit quite narrow; occipital carina and postorbit groove absent, a short postgenal carina present; distance between antennal sockets narrower than inner orbit; lateral foveae open; postocellar transverse. Antenna filiform and as long as head and thorax together, pedicellum wider than long, flagellar joints gradually decreasing in length toward apex, the fifth joint 3 times longer than wide. Prepectus narrow and distinct only in lower half, epicnemium absent; posttergite large, CD<5, basin of metascutellum small. Legs short, inner fore tibial spur bifurcate; hind tibia as long as hind tarsus, basitarsus as long as following 3 joints combined; claw without basal lobe, inner tooth shorter than outer tooth. Fore wing with vein 2A+3A bifurcate at apex, cu-a at middle of cell 1M, 2Rs shorter than 1R1 and 1Rs together, cell 2M short, vein M parallel with 1m-cu, apical anal cell 1.4 times as long as cell 1M, vein R longer than vein Sc. Hind wing with cell M closed, petiole of anal cell slightly longer than cu-a. Blotch in propodeum small. Harpe transverse, penis valve narrow and without lateral spine. Body polished.Type species: Yuccacia albipes  sp. nov.Distribution: China (Fujian, Zhejiang).This new genus belongs to tribe Phymatocerini but can be easily recognized from other genera of the tribe by the structure of head and pattern of male genitalia.
