摘要
介绍了42例食管癌患者手术前后的饮食护理。提出:(1)术前要充分改善患者的营养状态;(2)术后早期以静脉补充营养需要;(3)胃肠功能恢复后,应用鼻饲可以减少全肠外营养并发症及患者的经济负担;(4)术后9d开始进食,21d可进普食;(5)要求患者养成慢食习惯,避免发生并发症。
Preoperative and postoperative diet care of 42 patients with carcinoma of esophagus is presented in this paper. Focal points are as follows : ( 1) the nutrition of patients should be improved sufficiently before operation t ( 2 ) nutritional demand is supplied in vein in early postoperative stage ; ( 3 ) nasal feeding is given to avoid the complication of TPN and relieve the patients' financial burden after gastro - intestinal function is recovered ; ( 4 ) fluid diet is given orally at the 9th day and full diet at the 21th day; (5)patients are advised to take food slowly , to avoid possible complications.
