论新时期医疗安全盲点的管理

Management of blind spots in medical security in the New Period.

针对当前医疗安全管理出现的盲点问题进行了剖析 ,提出了强化医疗安全盲点管理的四点对策 :树立忧患服务意识 ,建立质量缺陷管理的运行机制 ;加大对盲点的管理力度 ,强化质量缺陷监控手段 ;善待病人 ,提高病人的满意度 ;维护医患双方合法权益 ,落实医疗安全防范措施。

Based on the analysis of the blind spots existing in the present medical safety managent, the article proposes four countermeasures for intensifying medical safety managment: heightening the awareness of patient-centered services to establish the operating mechanism of quality defect management; laying more emphasis on the management the blind spots in medical safety to intensity control measures over quality defects; treating patients kindly to their satisfaction; and protecting the legal rights of both the medical body and the patient to implement the protective measures for medical safety.
