摘要
按新的医疗质量观要求 ,指出医疗质量管理存在的三个误区 :医疗指标当作评价医疗服务质量的唯一依据、病历打分可决定科室之间服务质量优劣、医疗质量评价限于医疗效果。
In view of the new requirements for medical quality, the article points out three long-standing mistaken concepts in medical quality management: taking medical indexes as the only criteria for evaluating the quality of medical service; determining the service quality of each department by case history writing; judging medical quality only by medical outcomes.
