科研工作涉及多个部门、多种人员、多个层次的关系 ,只有理顺各种关系 ,加强内部联系 ,才能促进医院科研工作全面发展 ,首先是把科研工作列入医院综合目标管理责任制考核指标内 ,其二 ,加强科研管理人员和科研人员之间的相互理解支①持 ,其三 ,强化以科研为中心 ,一切为课题服务的思想 ,充分发挥医学科委会的核心领导作用和科训处 (科 )的枢纽功能 ,处理好科研结构内部关系 ,其四 ,坚持以院内科研协作为主 ,有选择地进行院外协作 ,处理好医院自身发展与科研协作的关系。

As scientific research involves various departments,different persons and multiple layers of relationship,all-round developent of scientific research is barely possible in a hospital unless multiple relations are well adjusted and coordinated.In the first place,scientific research must be considered in the whole context of the indexes for responsibility evaluation of the hospital′s comprehensive target management.Second,mutual understanding and support between the administrative personnel responsible for scientific research and the technologic force should be emphasizd.Third,research-orientated and project-centered conception should be intensified so as to bring into full play the role of the core leadership of the committee of medical science and central function of the administrative division of scientific research and training.Fourth,coordination of scientific research within the hospital should be put in the first place and coordination with outside hospitals should be put in a selective place so as to deal with self-development and coordination on the right track.
