摘要
目的 :上级卫生主管部门和干部部门如何进一步科学合理地考核、选拔、培养及任用医院院长提供了一定的理论依据。方法 :运用系统论、模糊数学、专家咨询等方法及电子计算机应用技术对医院院长的任职资格实施综合评价 ,初步建立了一套比较科学、完整、简便易行、适合军队医院特色的院长任职资格综合考评体系 ;结论 :经军队 8所医院、疗养院院长实际测评 ,考评结果与上级有关部门掌握的情况基本相符 ,从而证实了考评体系的科学性和可行性。
Objectives: To provide theoretical basis for the superior departments responsible for health and for human resources in evaluating, selecting, training and appointing the president of a hospital. Methods: Using the system theory, fuzzy math and expert consultation as well as computer techniques, a comprehensive evaluation is conducted on the credentials of the hospital president whereby a comparatively scientific, complete, simple and appropriate evaluation system has been established. Conclusion: The experience with the 8 hospitals which used the system shows that the results of evaluation by the system are in accordance with the situation under the control of the superior department concerned. This suggests that the system is scientific and feasible.
