加强医院统计信息管理的探讨

How to strengthen the statistic information management in a hospital.

通过对南京军区所属医院、疗养院医疗统计信息的调查 ,发现医院领导对医疗统计信息的重视程度、统计队伍素质、统计数据的质量及利用率均有所提高 ;同时发现个别医院领导重视不够 ,原始数据采集存在缺陷 ,病案管理滑坡等问题 ;提出了强化医务人员信息意识、提高统计人员整体素质、开展统计监督检查和调动统计人员工作积极性的综合性措施。

Investigations on the statistic information of the hospitals and sanatoriums under Nanjing Military Commanding Region reveal that leaders of the hospitals have had higher awareness about the importance of medical statistic information, and the quality of personnel involoved in the work, the quality of statistic data and their utilization ratio have been increased. And at same time, leaders of certain hospitals haven′t paid enough attention to it, there are some defects in collecting the original data, and there is a decline in case record management. It is necessary to heighten the awareness, raise the quality of the whole personnel involved in the work, develop supervision in statistic work, and bring the initiative of the persons concerned into full play.
