摘要
病人至上、优质服务是医院理念的核心。理念有两个功能 :一是引导决策 ,二是结合医院所有部门共同为目标奋斗。医院向病人提供的优质服务—医疗品质和服务品质 ,二者相辅相成 ,不可偏废。医院主管创立理念、推广理念 ,使决策跟着理念走 ,将其引用于每一个场合。以身作则把医院理念具体化 ,扫除结构障碍 ,塑造医院文化 ,为职工创造适当的工作环境 ,发挥最大的潜力 ,把医疗品质和服务品质这两件事做好 ,医院就能立于不败之地。
The core of hospital concept is patient our greatest concern and service of high quality. The concept has 2 functions: one is to guide strategy, the other is to strive for the goal of every department in hospital to apply the service of high quality to every patient. Hospital leaders set up and promote the concept, make strategy in accordance with the concept and apply it in every situation. They have to remove obstacles caused by structure, create hospital culture and favourable conditions for the staff and bring their initiative into full play. If the two things of medical quality and service quality are dealt with well, the hospital would stand in a successful position.
