结合实践从医院学术活动分类、特点、意义、管理以及管理中应把握的几个问题等方面进行了探讨 ,结合自身实践 ,提出了“三抓三放”、“三性”、“四结合”等行之有效的管理方法 ,证明医院学术活动是一种无形的科技资源 ,对医院建设起着潜移默化的影响 ,是医院全程质量管理的一个重要组成部队。

In relation to practice, the article discusses some problems in the management of academic activities in hospital in respect of classification, charactor and significance, proposes some effecfive methods of management as″3 grabings and 3 enterings″, ″3 pieces of work″,″4 combinations″ et al, and proves that academic activities in hospital are invisible resources of science and technology, which have influence on hospital contribution, and which are an important part of hospital total quality management.
