提高卫勤领导者的管理水平 ,首先卫勤领导要具备较高的素质 ,包括政治、思想、心理和知识素质等 ;其次 ,要提高决策能力 ,实施正确决策 ;最后 ,要讲求领导方法 ,抓住重点 ,关照全局 ,统筹安排 ,密切协调 ,保证高质量地完成各项工作。

To improve the management level of leaders of health service, first of all, the quality of leaders of health service should be enhanced which includes the quality of their politics, ideology, psychology and knowledge. Second, strategic ability should be enhanced to make correct strategic decision. Finally, methods of leadership are also important, i.e. to grasp of focal point, take care of the situation as a whole, coordinate development, and complete every work with high quality.
