广东省卫生防疫站专业技术人员继续教育的现状和对策探讨

Present Situation and Strategies for Continuing Education in Technical Personnel in Health and Epidemic Prevention Station of Guangdong Province

本文分析了1994－1996年广东省卫生防疫站专业技术人员继续教育的情况。3年全站受教育共为937人次，平均每年每人受教育1．1次。专业培训人次最多占63％，学术交流11％，其它13％。继续教育内容以补缺型居多，更新型较少，多学科、边缘学科学习就更少。为适应市场经济形势下卫生防疫事业人才的需求，卫生防疫专业技术人员的继续教育无论是内容或形式都应向多样化方向发展。

Technical personnel continuing education data in Health and Epidemic Prevention Station of Guangdong Province from 1994 to 1996 was analysed. The total number of educated person-time was 937, 1. 1 person-times per year on average. Speciality training accounted for 63%, academic exchange 11 % and others 13%. Most of the continuing education belonged to edficiency supplement type, and knowledges renewing type , multiple subjects and frontier science type only accounted for small percentage.In accordance with the demand of qualified personnel by current market economy, it is necessary to develop a multiple model for health and epidemic prevention tecnical personnel continuing education.
