黑麦染色体ASG法G-带核型的研究

Studies on G-banded Karyotype in Rye by Using ASG Method

本文用改良ASG法对黑麦（Secalecereale）的G-带核型进行了研究．用此方法在黑麦的有丝分裂晚前期、早中期、中期染色体的全长均里承出了清晰的密切邻近的多重G-带带纹．黑麦染色体G-带的带纹数目多、细窄而大小校相近、密集而分布较均匀；同源染色体带纹的数目、分布位置、染色深浅基本一致，可较为准确地配对．随着分裂时期的推进，G-带带纹数目减少，减少幅度与杂色体缩短幅度基本一致．对黑麦G-带的特征，变动任和应用及G-显带技术等问题进行了讨论．

Clear G-bands which were closely adjacent, multiple and distributed all along the Iength were obtained in mitotic late-prophase, prometaphase and metaphase chromosomes of rye (Secale cereale) using an advanced ASG method.all the chromosomes in three phases had rich bands.And these bands were thin and dsnse and distributal eveny.The position of band distribution, staining degree and band numbers between homologous chronosomes were basically identical. The more conentrated the chromosome, the less was the number of G-bands during mitosis It was obvious tha G-band number reduction equal to chromosome length contraction in rate.The chaxacteristics, fluctation , appication and technique of G-band in rye were discussed.
