摘要
文章依据1993年国家卫生服务总调查65县资料,对专家咨询选出的18项社会经济指标作多元逐步回归和因子分析,筛选出农业人口比重、5岁以下人口比例、年人均门诊次数、年人均住院天数、地形特征、期望寿命、通公路村比例7项指标作为卫技人员配置量的主要影响指标,建立量化模型,经检验,模型拟合效果满意,可作为因地制宜配置农村卫技人员的量化工具。
In this paper 18 socio-economic indexes chasen by expert-constult were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression and factor analysis. Data were based on the national health service survey covering 65 counties which was undertaken by the Ministry of Health in 1993. The result showed that seven indexes of them reflected the principal influencing factors of health technical personnel in rural China. They were the percentage of farmers in the population, the percentage of children under 5 years old in the population,annual outpatient visits per person, annual length of stay in hospital per person, geographical condition, life expectancy and the percentage of villages where highway passed by. The prediction of the number of rural health technical personnel by the model was satisfying.The model provided a tool of allocation rural health personnel according to the socioeconomic conditions.
