摘要
目的:为儿童股骨头缺血性坏死提供一种新疗法。方法:以旋股内侧血管深支股骨大转子骨膜瓣移位植入为主的综合术式治疗儿童股骨头缺血性坏死。结果:5年来,共治疗33例,经系统随访半年以上者28例,平均随访时间为3年,优良率占85％,以6岁以下患儿效果最佳。结论:此手术能有效的减压并提供充分的血循和各种成骨因素。适用于Catterall Ⅰ～Ⅲ型患者。
Objective: To provide a new effective method for ischemic necrosis of femoral head in children. Method: 33 children of the disease were treated by synthetical operations, in which transposition of the great trochanter periosteal flap pedicled with deep branches of medial circumflex femoral vessels was the principal part. Result:Systematic follow - up of 28 cases with average period of 3 yesrs revealed an excellent rate of 85 percent. The results were mostly good in children below 6 years old. Conclusion:The operation provides effective decompression, ample blood circunlation and various osteogenic factors. It is suitable for patients of Catterall Ⅰ-Ⅲ. It also has certain curative effect in Ⅳ, the remained deformity may be rectified in next operation.
