摘要
对尾叶桉改良硫酸盐浆采用Z1Z2P流程漂白,O3总用量17%,H2O2用量20%,可漂至876%白度。采用ZEpP流程漂白,O3用量12%,NaOH用量10%,H2O2总用量15%,可漂至848%白度。虽然纸浆粘度较低,但其强度略优于CEHP漂白浆。IR分析表明:臭氧漂白引起纤维素结晶指数下降。电镜显示:臭氧漂后,纤维表面出现明显的峰和谷。
In the bleaching of E. Urpphylla kraft pulp with Z 1Z 2P bleaching process, total ozone 1.7% and 2.0% hydrogen peroxide are being charged, the pulp brightness of 87.6%(SBD) is claimed for, and when the ZEpP sequence is employed for the same species with 1.2% ozone, 1.0% NaOH and 1.5% hydrogen peroxide, the pulp are being bleached to 84.8%(SBD) brightness. Although the viscosities of the pulps bleached with the both processes are lower than that bleached with conventional CEHP process, the comparable strength properties can be observed. IR analysis shows that the crystallinity index of the bleached pulp is lower than that of unbleached pulp. Electronic microscope observation of a number of the ozonated fibres reveals the existence of ridges and valleys on the structural surfaces.
