企业物流业务溢出下的外包博弈分析

Outsourcing Game Analysis Under Enterprise's Logistic Business Overflow

随着企业的发展,企业自身的物流部门不能满足其物流需要,这就是所谓的企业物流业务溢出。在企业物流业务溢出的情况下,企业就面临着决策继续扩张自营物流能力,或借助第三方物流企业的物流能力,实行物流外包。本文通过合理的假设,应用博弈论的研究方法,对物流业务溢出情况下的企业物流业务决策进行了定量的推导和分析,得出相应的结论。

With the development of enterprise, enterprise's own logistics department can't meet its logistic demand. This is the so-called enterprise's logistic business overflow. Under this circumstance, the enterprise faces decisions: expanding self-operation logistic ability, or outsourcing its logistic business. Under some reasonable assumptions, this paper analyses the enterprise's decision of logistic business overflow and obtains some corresponding conclusions with game theory.
