摘要
目前KPI体系一般都是依据部门承担的责任不同,或者职类职种工作性质的不同,或者平衡记分卡,通过分解企业的战略目标来构建的。本文试图从价值链的角度,通过对物流价值链活动的分解来建立KPI体系,以望通过对物流价值链活动的考核,来提高物流企业的竞争优势,最终来实现企业的目标。
Today, many corporations identify KPIS according to the difference of the responsibilities of each section, or the work composition of position varieties, or BSC. This paper attempt to build up the KPI through analyzing the value-chain activities. And it wants to advance the competitive advantage, and achieve the strategy target of logistics enterprise, through measuring the value-chain activities.
