摘要
利用虚拟仪器技术开发了一种新的频谱分析仪 ,并将其应用于行星齿轮箱的故障诊断中 ,经过多次对行星齿轮箱典型故障的分析与诊断 ,该系统取得了令人满意的结果。该频谱分析仪可方便地扩展为用于各种齿轮箱和机械振动参数的测试系统 ,有效地提高了测试仪器的灵活性 ,为振动信号的分析和行星齿轮箱的故障诊断提供了新的分析手段。
Using Virtual Instrument (VI), a new kind of spec tr um analyst is presented. Applying it on the fault diagnosis of planetary gearbo x. Through many analyses and diagnosis of representative fault of planetary ge arbox, this system gets a satisfied result. The spectrum analyst can be conven ience extended for measure systems of gearbox and mechinery vibration parame ter,also can improve the flexibility of the testing instruments effectively, it provides a new analysis method of analyzing the vibration signals and diagnosin g the fault of planetary gearbox.
