变应性肉芽肿病1例

A case report of allergic granulomatosis

报告1例变应性肉芽肿病。患者男,38岁。因四肢结节、溃疡2个月,哮喘30年就诊。皮肤科检查见双下肢大片溃疡。皮损组织病理示表皮角化过度,棘层肥厚,基底层液化变性;真皮有淋巴细胞、组织细胞浸润,局部有较多嗜酸性粒细胞和浆细胞。诊断为变应性肉芽肿病。经糖皮质激素和环磷酰胺治疗,病情得到控制。

A case of allergic granulomatosis is reported. A 38-year-old man presented with nodulous, ulcers on his limbs for 2 months and intermittent asthma for 30 years. Physical examination showed large ulcers on lower extremities. The diagnosis of allergic granulomatosis was conformed by histopathology. The disease was controlled by using the combination of corticosteroids and cyclophosphamide.
