羊水分布预测围生期预后临床价值探讨

Study on the clinical value of amniotic fluid distribution in predicting perinatal outcome

目的探讨羊水分布(AD)在预测新生儿分娩方式及其预后中的临床价值。方法按待产妇羊水指数测定分为两组,其中上半象限羊水数值或大于下半象限数值和者为A组;上半象限数值和小于下半象限数值和者为B组。结论A组其羊水粪染率、胎儿宫内窘迫率、因胎儿宫内窘迫行剖宫产率均大于B组(P<001)。结论产前羊水分布情况对预测新生儿分娩方式及预后有积极的临床价值。

Objective:The purpose was to study the clinical value of amniotic fluid distribution in predicting perinatal outcome.Methods:The predelivery parturients were divided into two groups according to the determined indices of amniotic fluid.The patients whose diameter sum of the upper part of quadrant in amniotic fluid pool was in excess of that of the lower part of quadrant were collected in A group,the others were collected in B group.Results:The meconium pollution rate of amniotic fluid,the incidence of fetal intra-uterine distress and the rate of hysterotokotomy for fetal intra-uterine distress in A group were all in excess of thos in B group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The amniotic fluid distribution of ante partum has a positive clinical value in predicting delivery mode and perinatal outcome.
