体外循环后微量泵输注鱼精蛋白临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察预防或减轻心脏手术中血管内注射PRTM时引起的不良反应。方法根据体内肝素化、预充液及追加肝素总量用1mg(100U)1mg计算PRTM拮抗总量。稀释至25ml,用微量泵经外周静脉25分钟注入,即(0.17±0.03)mg·kg-1·min-1。相同剂量用静滴法对照。结果注药时间准确性差异显著(P<0.01);血压下降差异非常显著(P<0.01);ACT值差异显著(P<0.01)。结论微量泵定时定量输注PRTM安全有效,操作简单,宜推广。
