摘要
目的 探讨宁夏中小学教师心理健康状况。方法 采用症状自评量表 ( SCL-90 )对 63 1名中小学教师进行评定 ,同时与全国常模对照 ,小学教师与中学教师对照 ,回汉中小学教师对照。结果 宁夏中小学教师 SCL-90总分 ,总均分 ,阳性项目数和各因子分均比常模高。中学教师总分 ,总均分和各因子分均高于小学教师 ,除躯体化和精神病性因子外 ,其余均与小学教师比较无差异。回族中小学教师除焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性因子外 ,其余因子分均高于汉族中小学教师 ,回族中小学教师 SCL-90总分及 1 0个因子分与汉族中小学教师比较均无差异。中小学教师存在的主要心理问题是强迫、敌对、恐怖和偏执。结论 宁夏中小学教师存在心理健康问题 ,中学教师较小学教师严重 ,回汉中小学教师心理健康比较无差异。
Objective To study the mental health level of primary and secondary school teachers in Ningxia.Methods The mental health status in 631 Primary and Secondary School Teachers were assessed with SCL-90,and the results were compared to those in Chinese norm,primary school teachers were compared to secondary school teachers,Hui teachers were compared to Han teachers.Results The SCL-90 total score,total mean score and 10 subscale in Primary and Secondary School Teachers were higher than the norm.The Secondary School Teachers SCL-90 total score,total mean score and 10 subscale were higher than the Primary teachers,except somatization and phychsis,other subscales score were no significant differences in primary and secondary school teachers.Except anxiety,hostile,phobia and psychsis,other subscale score in Hui teachers was higher than Han teachers,there were all no significant differences in Hui and Han teachers .The major mental symptoms were compulsion,hostile,phobia,paranoia and so on.Conclusion There was mental health problems,and the secondary school teachers was more serious than the primary school teachers,the mental health of Hui and Han teachers was no differences.
