摘要
目的 通过一项团体心理辅导的实践研究 ,切实提高大学生心理素质和适应新生活的能力。方法 对东南大学在校生进行团体心理辅导 ,对比团体辅导前后测 SCL-90等心理量表得分进行量的分析 ,结合学生自评、后期表现进行质的分析等。结果 被试在后测中 SCL-90各项因子得分均低于前测 ,其中强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等 7项差异显著。另在心理能力自我评估方面均有正向改变 ,也各有数项差异显著。结论 团体心理辅导在提高大学生心理素质、解决心理困扰、发挥个人潜能、增强适应能力、改善人际关系等方面有良好促进作用。
Objective To improve the mental quality of undergraduates by group counselling. Methods To choose students in Southeast University as subjects. At the beginning and in the end of the group counselling, SCL-90, etc tested the subjects.Results All the marks in the end of the group counselling are better than those at the beginning. Obsessive-compulsive factor, depression factor, anxiety factor and so on, make significant differences.Conclusion Group counselling can improve the mental quality of undergraduates, such as solve their mental questions, develop their intent ability, better their relations, etc.
