浅析未成年人失范的心理压力及应对策略

Psychological Analysis and Solution Toward Young Persons' Misbehavior.

目前 ,我国 1 8岁以下的未成年人约有 3 .67亿。未成年人的思想道德、心理行为将直接关系到中华民族的整体素质 ,关系到国家的前途和命运 ,关系到我们中国在世界民族之林中的威望 ,关系到社会主义现代化事业是否后继有人的问题。且时下一些未成年人思想道德素质低下、违法乱纪行为呈上升趋势 ,这不仅是中国而且是世界性问题。因此 ,为了把未成年人培养成为祖国未来的建设者和社会主义事业的接班人 ,使他们在新形势下能健康成长和全面发展 ,我们特对未成年人的心理行为现状进行了全面分析 ,探讨了导致未成年人产生失范行为的“不良的早期社会化、不良的心理需要、畸形的心理动机、错误的认知和错误的人生观价值观”等心理原因和社会原因。着重提出了加强对未成年人心理健康教育和思想道德建设 ,强化对未成年人学校、家庭和社会管理机制 ,积极营造有利于未成年人健康成长的社会文化氛围 ,以及建立危机干预机构 ,形成社会支持系统 ,对处于危机中的未成年人提供帮助 ,对突发事件给予及时干预等应对策略。以全面提高未成年人的素质 ,增强辨别和抵制能力 ,防止、减少和遏制其失范行为的发生 ,使未成年人以健康的心态和全新的风貌展现在新世纪。

The total number of young population under age of 18 in China has amounted to 367 million.Their moral and psychological behavior has director relation with the overall quality of Chinese people,the prosperity of Chinese society,as well as the prestige of the nation in the world.At present,demoralization and misbehavior among young persons have deteriorated and become a global problem.To guarantee young persons' healthy development and help to cultivate them into qualified successor of the nation,we have undertaken comprehensive analysis of young persons' psychological behavior and tried to reveal the psychological and social causes of their misbehavior,e.g. bad early age socialization,awful psychological demand and incentive,and incorrect perceive and philosophy.The article raise the idea of strengthening education on psychology and morality,improving institutional development of school,family and social control,helping to build up a friendly environment for young persons' growth.It also suggests establishment of intervening agency and social supporting system to help young persons in need and deal with emergency.It aims to improve young persons' quality in a comprehensive way,buildup their ability in discerning and repelling,prevent and reduce their misbehavior,and finally prepare then with a healthy psychological condition to face the new century.
