摘要
我国廉租房制度出现问题的重要原因是由于政府对这一制度的认识不足,政府在制度建设过程中出现职能缺位。因此,要推进廉租房制度的建设,必须对政府的职能进行准确定位,明确其职责范围,有效发挥政府在建设这项制度过程中的作用。
