Cyber-literature is born in the new carrier.Compare with the tradition-literature,cyber-literature has some differences such as the fashion of input,nature of in-turn,to develop subject,the difference of the readers.From all of these differences,this article will expatiate on the characteristic and localization of cyber-literature.
