注射用头孢美唑的无菌检查方法

A Study of the Sterile Examination Methods of Injection Cefmetazole

目的:消除注射用头孢美唑的抑菌作用,以进行无菌检查。方法:用0.9%无菌氯化钠溶液10mL溶解,以薄膜过滤法处理,再用0.9%无菌氯化钠溶液冲洗。结果:加入金黄色葡萄球菌的回收率为76.3%,加入白色念珠菌的回收率为78.2%,供试品的阳性对照成立。结论:该法能消除注射用头孢美唑的抑菌作用,使无菌检查结果准确、可靠。

Objective:To eliminate the antibacterial effect of the cefmetazole and examine its sterilization.Methods:Cefmetazole was dissolved by 10 mL 10%sodium chloride,then handled by thin-membrane filtration method,and washed by 0.9%sterile sodium chloride. Results:The recovery rate was 76.3%when staphylococcus aureus was applied to the system,and it was 78.2%when Candida Albicans was applied,the control showed positive.Conclusion:The method mentioned in this study can eliminate the antibacterial effect of injecting cefmetazole,therefore the examination was of nicety and reliability.
