健康儿童口咽部流感嗜血杆菌分离株药物敏感性测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解健康学龄前儿童口咽部的流感嗜血杆菌(Hi)分离株耐药情况。方法:对1951名健康儿童口咽部分离到的403株Hi菌株全部进行体外药物敏感试验,并随机抽取180株进行β-内酰胺酶测试。结果:分离株的耐药率,安美汀(14.39%)和特美汀(14.64%)较氨苄青霉素(89.08%)和氧哌嗪青霉素(79.40%)明显降低(P<0.01);在头孢菌素类药物中,第3代头孢菌素最低(P<0.001),头孢拉定(86.85%)较第2,3代头孢菌素明显增高(P<0.01),头孢呋辛较同是第2代头孢菌素的头孢克罗(17.12%)明显增高(P<0.01);克拉霉素(5.21%)较红霉素(55.58%)明显降低(P<0.01)。多重耐药率为31.51%,多重耐药菌株的β-内酰胺酶阳性率比非多重耐药菌株明显增高(P<0.01)。结论:含β-内酰胺酶抑制剂的新型青霉素是治疗儿童Hi感染的一线药物。
