摘要 目的:讨论老年人高血压的临床特点及合理治疗。方法:查阅国内外相关文献。结果与结论:老年高血压病的治疗应包括非药物的基础治疗和合理应用降压药物(利尿剂、β-受体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂以及α-受体阻滞剂)。
