摘要
研究邓小平民主法制思想对于认清我国现时期法治发展规律 ,明确法治发展方向 ,建设中国的法制现代化 ,实现依法治国有着重大的理论意义和现实意义。文章在研究邓小平民主法制思想的基础上 ,就新时期如何依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家提出了一些自己的见解。
To study Deng Xiaoping's democracy legal system thought is theoretically and practically important for recognizing the development regularity present in China, understanding the development direction of rule by law and constructing modernized legal system of China. Based on research of Deng Xiaoping's democracy legal system, the author pointed out some suggest about how to rule by law at new era and construct Legal system nation in socialism.
