摘要
组织绩效的好坏将影响到组织的生存和发展 ,在影响组织绩效的诸因素中 ,领导无疑是极其重要的因素之一。本文在回顾领导理论演进的基础之上 。
Organizational performance is of vital importance to the existence and development of an organization. Among the affecting factors of organization performance, leadership is undoubtedly very importance. On the bases of reviewing the development process of leadership theory, this paper analyses the effectiveness between leadership style and organization performance.
