摘要
本文在分析传统人事管理与现代人力资源管理的区别的基础上 ,提出在现代经济和社会发展中 ,人事管理要体现以人为本 。
On the basis of analysis of the differences between traditional personnel management and present-day human resource management, this article argues that under the condition of current economic and social development, human resource management should be people-oriented and focused on the all-round development of people.
