以振动最小为目标的汽车变速箱齿轮动态优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 提出将一对相互啮合的渐开线圆柱斜齿轮简化为双质块双弹簧振动模型的解题思路.根据这一振动模型,推导了齿轮副的平均单齿刚度、单对轮齿啮合综合刚度、有效质量、固有频率与临界转速等一系列计算公式.以振动最小为优化目标函数,对汽车变速箱的高速级斜齿轮传动进行动态优化设计,得到满足实际需要的最优化参数. A pair of involute cylindrical oblique gears in the mesh are predigested into a vibrating model with two masses and two springs. The model is used to understand a series of formulae, for example, mean single tooth stiffness, gear pair mesh synthesizing stiffness, effective mass, nature frequency and critical rotating speed. At last, the dynamic optimal design of bus gearbox high-speed oblique gear transmission is carried out, based on minimal vibration taken as the optimal objection function. The most optimal parameters meeting the demand of practice are obtained.
