Study on Solid Superacids SO_4^(2-)/Si-Zr-CLR for Catalytic Synthesis of Di-heptanyl Adipate

摘要 将硅锆交联粘土固体超强酸(SO2-4/Si Zr CLR)用于己二酸二庚酯的合成反应中。最佳反应条件为:反应温度150℃,庚醇∶己二酸(摩尔比)=2 8∶1,反应时间2 5h,ω(催化剂)=1 2%,己二酸的转化率达96 8%。催化剂和产品易于分离,并能重复使用。 The solid superacids SO^(2-)_(4)/Si-Zr-CLR was prepared by chemical modification on solid superacids. It was used as catalyst in the di-heptanyl alcohol adipate reaction. The experimental results show that the esterification are that the reaction temperature is 150℃, the reaction time is 2.5 h, n(di-heptanyl alcohol to adipic acid)=2.8∶1(mol), and ω (catalyst) = 1.2% of the total initial materials, conversion of adipic acid amounts to 96.8%. The catalyst could be separated from reaction materials easily, and could be reused.
