中药对血液病基因表达的调控 被引量:1

摘要 对近年来分子生物学技术在中医药治疗血液病的应用进行了综述 ,发现西医、中西医结合工作者往往侧重于研究单味中药或单一中药成分对血液病相关基因和蛋白质表达的影响 ,研究较为深入 ,已取得了引人注目的成果 ;中医临床机构和人员多研究中药复方对血液病基因表达的影响 ,尚处于起步阶段。两者从不同角度阐释了中医药治疗血液病的内在机制。分析了当前研究工作存在的不足 ,并相信随着分子生物学技术的提高及其在中医药领域中的深入应用 ,必将进一步促进中医药理论的发展、提高中医药治疗血液病的疗效。
