子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤临床疗效探讨(附32例报告)

摘要 ①目的　探讨子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤的临床应用及疗效评估。②采用导管选择性插入子宫动脉,经导管子宫动脉栓塞治疗,使用PVA颗粒(聚乙稀醇)栓塞靶动脉。③结果　双侧子宫肌瘤供血动脉栓塞剂填充阻塞,术后3个月、6个月、1年随访,全部患者的症状(出血,骨盆疼痛)缓解、消失,平均肌瘤缩小60％。④结论　经子宫动脉栓塞子宫肌瘤疗效肯定,患者临床症状改善明显,但尚有一些问题需进一步研究。
