摘要
保护公民的权利是法治的核心,探讨信息资源、构建合乎民情的法律体系,从而认识、理解和把握读者权利内涵,努力完善服务职能,本文主要从平等、时间与空间、民主、参与、休闲、娱乐、情感、救济等方面进行论述,以提高信息资源的价值。
The protection of citizens' right is the core of rule of law.Efforts h ave been made to discuss topics on information resources and to construct practi cal legal systems with a view to learning,understanding and mastering the conten t of readers' right and improving our service function.This paper focuses on th e increase of the value of information resources from the perspective of freedom and equality,time and space,democracy,participation,pastime,entertainment,feeli ngs,compensation and other right-protecting measures.
