摘要
我国现行成年监护制度的合理性勿庸置疑,但与国外立法相比,仍存在着诸多的欠缺与不足。因此,应借鉴 国外先进的立法经验,并结合我国的具体情况完善我国的成年监护制度,使其更加符合我国的实际需要。
It is undoubted that the system of adult guardianship has its reasons in today 's chinese civil law . Compared with foreign relative regulations, it has still a lot of setbacks. The author argues that it is necessary for our system of adult guardianship to use foreign advanced experience in civil legislation and combine this system with our judicial practices. only in this way , can the system increasingly meet our country's real needs.
