摘要
企业家精神与企业绩效的关系是复杂的。企业家精神与企业绩效存在三种关系,即协调效应关系、交互效应关系和独立效应关系。企业家精神必须同其他因素共同发挥作用才能提高企业绩效,单凭较强的企业家精神未必能奏效,所以企业要加强自身内部管理,借鉴先进的管理经验,才能增强自身优势,创造良好的企业绩效。
The relationship between entrepreneurship and firm performance is complicated. There are three kinds of relationship between entrepreneurship and firm performance: moderating-effect,independent-effect and interaction-(effect.)With other factors, entrepreneurship can improve firm performance evidently. So, in order to gain competitive advantages and improve firm performance, firms should strengthen management, borrow good ideas from outside.
