结合武汉钢铁公司职业安全健康管理水平的案例 ,提出了强化领导落实 ,注重发挥骨干作用 ,积极发动全员参与是成功创建体系的前提 ;扎实开展初始评价 ,精心进行体系策划 ,细致编写各层文件是成功创建体系的基础 ;认真贯彻体系文件 ,强化自身监督功能 ,实施动态控制管理是有效运行体系的保障的观点。
The paper provides an analysis of the case that the Iron & Steel Corporation of WIS(G)CO founded successfully a system of general management to improve the capability of OSHM.The author presents the viewpoints that the premise to found the system successfully is strengthening organizing the leaders to finalize、fulfilling the core staffs roles and calling up enthusiastically all staffs to tale part in,that the base to found the system successfully is carring out firmly preliminary evaluation,wellscheduling the system plan and wellcompiling various serial files,that the guarantee to run the system effectively is eructing the system files carefully,reinforcing the selfsupervision found and putting a dynamic control management into practice.
