通过对现代酒店面临的各种危机因素进行分项分析 ,阐述了酒店建立危机管理体制的必要性 ,酒店应该如何通过建立危机管理机制 ,把危机管理纳入企业日常管理工作 ,从而更好的应对潜在危机 .

The hotel is a kind of industry greatly frail and sensitive to the changes of economic fluctuation in its activeities.There are many functional factors in hotel management.Thus ,it is important to keep crisis consciousness both in its management and administration.This article is focusde on the mecessity of setting up the hotel crisis management mechanism.The functional factors in hotel management are first analyzed respectively in order to clearly indicate the facts that crises indeed exist in the hotel management.The setting up method then is proposed for the daily management.
