Analytic Solution of Roll Shape Curve of Bar Straightening Rollby Conjugate Surface Theory

以共轭旋转曲面啮合理论为基础,分析了线棒材矫直过程中确定矫直辊辊型曲线的解析方法,并对矫直辊的曲面方程、轴向剖面方程进行了计算机模拟,给出了设计、绘制矫直辊辊型曲线的方便快捷的方法。

Based on the theory of conjugate ,an analytic method of calculating the roll shape curve of a bar straightening roll has been given. On the same time ,the surface curve equation and the longitudinal section equation are simualted in computer.A brief method of designing and drawing the roll shape curve of a bar straightening roll is introduced.
