摘要 概述了研制的环保型缓蚀剂(替代铬酸盐)在3.5%NaCl水溶液中对5种常用钢的防锈性能:在中性和酸性的3.5%NaCl水溶液中,它们的防锈性好于铬酸盐;在碱性溶液中的防锈性略低于铬酸盐;在中性溶液中,当缓蚀剂的浓度低于100mg/L或介质的温度高于150℃时,缓蚀能力明显下降。 The anti-rust ability in 3.5%NaCl solution of the developed inhibitors to replace the chromates was studied. Results showed that the anti-rust ability of the inhibitors was better than that of the chromates, phosphates and molybdate in neutral or acidic 3.5%NaCl solutions, but slightly lower than that of chromates in alkaline solutions.
