摘要 目的 :提取甘草中的黄酮 ,并测定其含量。方法 :运用超声技术提取甘草黄酮 ,用比色法测定黄酮含量。结果 :室温下超声提取 80 min较为合适。此时黄酮的含量为 1.311% ,平均回收率为 99.10 % ,RSD=0 .90 % (n=6 )。结论 :运用超声技术提取甘草黄酮速度较快 。 Objective: To extract and determine the content of flavono ids of Glycyrrhiza. Methods:Ultrasonic technology was used to obtain in flavon oids from Glycyrrhiza. The content was determined with colorimetry. Results: It is comparatively suitable to make the ultrason ic extraction of 80 min at the room temperature. The flavonoids content of Glycy rrhiza is 1.311 %,recovery rate is 99.10%,RSD=0.90%(n=6).Conclusion: Ultrasonic technology is applied in extracting flavonoids of Glycyrrhiza the extraction speed is faster and the result is sat isfactory.
