荷草青速溶茶的制备及其总黄酮的含量测定

Preparation of Hecaoqing Granule Tea and Determination of the Total Flavone

目的 :介绍荷草青 (颗粒 )速溶茶的制备 ,以及测定其总黄酮的含量。方法 :以传统的方法制备荷草青速溶茶 ,并通过分光光度法测定和利用回归方程确定其中总黄酮的含量。结果 :测得 A=0 .0 35 ,由芦丁对照品的回归方程得 C=0 .2 879mg/10 ml,所以测得荷草青中的总黄酮量为 11.4 3mg/g。结论 :该方法简单、快速 ,结果令人满意。

Objective:To introduce the preparati on of Hecaoqing Granule Tea and determine the quantity of the total flavone.Methods:Adopt the traditional technologyto manufacture Hec aoqing Granule Tea, and determine the quantity of total flavone in Hecaoqing Gra nule Tea with the spectrophotometric method and the returning equation.Results:The total flavone content of Hecaoqing Granule Tea is 11.43 mg/g.Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid and satisfatory very much.
